Our program is designed to develop and enhance our three core
components:

• Timing and Space
• Direction and Consistency
• Generation of Force

Hit factory has three systems, specifically designed to develop and
maintain the athletic performance needed throughout the Off-season and
In-season schedules

Hit Factory 2025:

Saturdays April 5th-June 14th (11 Sessions)

• 7th & 8th Grade Athletes: 2:00PM-3:00PM
• High School Athletes: 3:00PM-4:00PM

Mondays June 16th-August 4th (8 Sessions)

• 7th & 8th Grade Athletes: 6:00PM-7:00PM
• High School Athletes: 7:00PM-8:00PM

• Only 9 athletes selected per age group

• 1 group session per week $1520 ($80 per week)

• All core components trained with special attention on Direction and Consistency

• Focus on High velocity and off-speed machine work

• Metric testing included throughout the program

• Rapsodo and Hittrax technology

Mondays and Thursdays October 20th 2025-March 5th 2026 (37 sessions)

• 7th & 8th Grade Athletes
• High School Athletes
